PSC are great friends of S.W.A.R.M. Their library has many useful articles and their "Team Pittsburgh" newsletter is worth the read; you might even see some S.W.A.R.M. members mentioned!

Tinkercad is an entry level design site that can be used to make objects (including rocket parts!) for 3D printing.

Thingiverse lets you download pre-made 3D designs that you can then modify or print. You can also upload your own designs.

The Chatham-Kent Public Library offers an excellent 3D printing service. It is reasonably priced and they are excellent with helping make sure your print turns out the way you want it.
